A full refund of the deposit will be made if cancelled prior to setting mooring equipment or if this Mooring Application is not accepted by Okoboji Yacht Club Sailing School, Inc.
APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITION
By submitting this application for entering a boat in the marina, I agree to compensate the Okoboji Yacht Club Sailing School, Inc. with a Mooring Deposit at time of application along with all fees associated with mooring over the current sailing season. I also agree to the terms and conditions required to moor my boat at the Okoboji Yacht Club Sailing School, Inc. I understand I will receive a full agreement when my Mooring Application is accepted by Okoboji Yacht Club Sailing School, Inc.
