Want to check out equipment to practice or have our staff set up a racecourse for you or your fleet? Please email at OkobojiSailingCenter@gmail.com for info. Deposits are required for the lending programs, and staff is available for $25/ hour with a 2-hour minimum.
“Sail-a-bration” Events
These will be scheduled weekly and will occur throughout the month, including destination sailing, bay racing, and more.
BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat) Private lessons
Lessons will be limited to pre-approved students and strictly dependent on conditions to restrict direct contact and instructor interaction. If you are interested, please email at OkobojiSailingCenter@gmail.com for details.

- X boat programs may maintain a weekly program that is 3 hours per day – M, T, W through June for the same price as the regularly scheduled lessons.

YOU can do something to help!
The CDC is recommending social distancing for all individuals and good hygiene as primary preventative measures to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Let's take care of each other during these times and practice smart and preventative measures to keep your family, friends, and yourself safe. This means maintaining social distancing, covering your mouth and nose when sneezing, wear personal protective equipment when in public, washing your hands thoroughly and often (washing hands for the time it takes to sing the birthday song twice), and please properly clean utensils/ work/ play surfaces regularly. Refer to the WHO, CDC, and IDPH for all recommended practices during this healthcare events.

A course that will introduce students to a new regional club sport. You will learn about the format, time commitments, how to get your school involved, and spend time sailing in a 420.

SUMMER PROGRAM:
Learn-to-Sail and a lot more! We will start with the basics Tuesday evenings starting in June and will take on special topics throughout the summer. A great way to meet new people with a common interest in this great sport. Schedule for events above.

This is a course for any one is serious about sailing spinnakers on keel boats in a competitive environment - multiple platforms will be used.
